Rajesh Shankar is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in the telecommunications sector. Currently serving as Vice President - Legal at Jio since November 2023, Rajesh has previously held several key roles at Vodafone India from July 2007, including General Manager - Legal for North & East and Vice President - Legal for National Operations, where responsibilities included strategizing key litigations and disputes. Prior to Vodafone, Rajesh worked as Deputy General Manager - Legal at Hutchison Essar South Limited and Manager - Legal at Aircel. Educational qualifications include an International Practice Diploma in International Mergers & Acquisitions from The College of Law and an LL.B from Bangalore University, complemented by a B.B.A from Madurai Kamaraj University.
