Sandra Santana possesses extensive experience in learning and development, talent management, and performance management within prominent organizations. Currently serving as Learning and Performance BP and Talent Acquisition Manager at Vodafone since January 2015, Sandra collaborates with the HR Director and business leaders across seven European countries to align workforce skill requirements with business objectives. Previously, at Barclays from 2006 to 2015, Sandra held various leadership roles, including Leadership, Learning and Talent Ibéria Manager, where leadership initiatives were harmonized across Iberia.
