Sheena Desai

Sheena Desai is a highly experienced professional in User Experience and Ergonomics, currently serving as a Senior Commercial Manager at Vodafone since July 2014, where additional roles have included Team Lead for Research & Service Design and UX Research Lead. Prior to Vodafone, Sheena held the position of Senior Consultant at System Concepts Ltd from 2010 to 2014, focusing on User Experience Research and Ergonomics. Early career experience includes working as an Ergonomist for InterAction of Bath Ltd from March 2009 to August 2010, where responsibilities encompassed assessing Human Factors issues, conducting risk assessments, and delivering training on Human Factors topics. Sheena holds a Master of Science in Ergonomics and two degrees in Human Kinetics and Ergonomics from Rhodes University, achieved between 2003 and 2008.
