Wim Ockeloen

Wim Ockeloen has extensive experience in network strategy and planning, primarily in telecommunications. Ockeloen served as Technical Manager Core Network and Technical Manager Network Strategy at Vodafone Netherlands from April 2013 to October 2016, overseeing RAN design and evolution strategy. Prior to that, Ockeloen worked at Ericsson Network Services from April 2006 to March 2013, contributing as Sr. Technical Manager Network Strategy, responsible for the network evolution strategy for Vodafone NL, as well as RAN modernization and LTE introduction. Ockeloen's earlier roles at Vodafone from July 2000 to March 2006 included Quality Leader and Technical specialist strategic network development, focusing on network design and long-term strategy for UMTS and GSM. Academic background includes a degree from the University of Twente, attained between January 1990 and January 1996.
