Agnieszka Stich started their work experience in 2016 at ING, where they held various roles including IT Buyer, Business Manager Wholesale Banking ENC, and IT Junior Buyer. Agnieszka'sresponsibilities included conducting supplier selection processes, conducting negotiations with strategic suppliers, organizing regional meetings, and analyzing reports on purchasing activities. In 2018, they transitioned to Vodeno as the Head of Procurement & Vendors Management, where they built an international procurement and administration function for a 450 M EUR investment of a Warburg Pincus portfolio company. Agnieszka also served as the Procurement Owner, where they developed a negotiation strategy and controlled spend. In their current role, Agnieszka manages procurement activities for all HQs and branches for Aion Bank.
Agnieszka Stich obtained a Magister degree in Finanse i Rachunkowość from Uniwersytet Ekonomiczny w Katowicach. Agnieszka attended the university from 2011 to 2016.
