Damian Chojnowski has extensive experience in various roles across multiple companies. Damian started their career in 2013 as an Analyst at Capitalia sp. z o.o. Sp. K., where they were involved in negotiations with Private Equity funds, seeking a strategic investor, and conducting company valuations. In 2014, they worked as an Analyst/Business Development professional at ICRA - Tniemy raty!, where they built creditworthiness models, developed scoring models, and negotiated loan terms on behalf of clients. Damian then joined BAAK - Biuro Analiz Aplikacji Kredytowych in 2013 as an Analyst/Project Manager, supporting financing for major Polish companies by preparing loan documentation, conducting negotiations, and facilitating transaction closings.

In 2016, Damian joined Bankowy Fundusz Gwarancyjny as a Specialist in the Department of Designing Principles of Valuations and Support. Here, they worked on regulations and methodologies for bank valuations, collaborating with BIG 4 companies. At Galperin in 2017, Damian served as the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer, leading the development of a fully mobile banking solution and obtaining an Electronic Money Institution License. Damian also optimized capital requirements and tax structures within the company.

Damian's experience continued at PLAVE.IN in 2018, where they worked as a Partner, leading licensing processes for various financial institutions and supporting PSD2 licensing. Later that year, they joined Vodeno as the Head of Capacity Management and Forecasting, responsible for determining capacity needs, implementing best practices, and leading people and budgetary management. Additionally, Damian acted as the IT Budget Holder, framing and monitoring the company's development budget and collaborating with the Procurement Team.
