Dorota Koszewska

Dorota Koszewska has extensive experience in finance and controlling roles. Dorota currently holds the position of Head of Controlling at Vodeno since April 2023. Prior to that, they were a Finance Manager at WealthArc from December 2020 to April 2023. From April 2013 to December 2020, Dorota served as the Director of Finance at Codility, where they managed various financial operations, including accounting, controlling, and fundraising activities. Dorota has also served as a Managing Director and Shareholder at Amset Sp. z o.o. from September 2006 to July 2015. Further, they had significant experience as the Head of Real Estate Department at Polskie Zakłady Optyczne S.A. from November 1997 to July 2006. Additionally, Dorota had roles as a Liquidator at Polskie Zakłady Optyczne Sp. z o.o. w likwidacji from April 2004 to April 2006 and as a Member of the Supervisory Board at ZEM Namysłów Sp. z o.o. from April 2004 to September 2005 and Pilmet S.A. from August 2003 to December 2004. Throughout their career, Dorota has demonstrated expertise in finance, accounting, controlling, fundraising, managing teams, and coordinating with external parties.

Dorota Koszewska's education history includes several different degrees and fields of study. In 1992, they attended Warsaw University of Technology and completed a Master of Engineering (M.Eng.) degree from The Faculty of Production Engineering, Institute of Organization of Production Systems in 1997. Following this, from 1998 to 2000, they pursued a degree in Psychology from the University of Warsaw, focusing on the psychology of market behavior. In 2003, they enrolled in The University of Warsaw / Centre for Management Training and earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in 2005. In 2012, they attended SGH Warsaw School of Economics for Postgraduate Studies in Accounting and Companies' Finance.
