Malgorzata Bartler has extensive work experience in various leadership roles in human resources. Malgorzata is currently the Group Chief People Officer at Vodeno, a position they have held since January 2022. Prior to this, they were the Chief Operation Officer at Vodeno since joining the company in 2019.
Before their time at Vodeno, Bartler worked as a Global HR Executive Advisor at aion in 2019. From 2014 to 2018, they served as the VP Human Resources and later as the Human Resources Director at Alior Bank S.A. In these roles, they were responsible for creating and implementing business and HR strategies, as well as overseeing various HR functions such as management development, compensation and benefits, and employee engagement.
From 2008 to 2014, Bartler held the position of the Human Resources Director at Play (P4 Sp. z o.o.), where they were in charge of all HR functions including recruitment, employee development, payroll and administration, and internal communications. Malgorzata also played a role in restructuring and change management processes.
Prior to their role at Play, Bartler worked as an HR Manager at Grupa Zywiec from 2004 to 2008. Here, they focused on recruitment strategies, designing HR programs, and developing career paths for employees. Malgorzata also played a part in building the company's employer brand.
Bartler began their career as an HR Specialist at Shell Polska Sp. zoo in 1994. In this role, they were responsible for personnel administration, employee recruitment, and coordinating schooling programs.
Throughout their career, Bartler has gained experience in a wide range of HR responsibilities, including strategy development, talent acquisition, employee development, and organizational change.
Malgorzata Bartler obtained a Master's degree in Management (Human Resources) from the University of Warsaw in the years 1987 to 1992. In 2001 to 2002, they attended the SGH Warsaw School of Economics, specializing in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration. Lastly, in 2015 to 2016, they completed the Advanced Management Program (AMP) at the IESE Business School.
