Malgorzata Turowska has a diverse range of work experience spanning over 15 years. Malgorzata began their career as a Junior Accountant at ABN AMRO Luxembourg in 2005 before moving on to work as a Management Information Systems Analyst at the same company from 2006 to 2008. In 2009, they joined BNP Paribas Investment Partners in Brussels as a Financial Controlling - Management Accounting professional, where they worked until 2013. During their time there, they gained experience in financial reporting and budgeting processes.
Following their role at BNP Paribas, Malgorzata joined BIK Biuro Informacji Kredytowej (Credit Information Bureau) in 2013 as an Expert in Management Information. Their responsibilities included improving financial reporting and budgeting processes, as well as contributing to the implementation of SAP and Hyperion systems.
Malgorzata then transitioned to Canal+ in 2016, where they worked as a Financial Business Controller for their TV production and distribution segment. In this role, they were responsible for financial reporting, analyzing key performance indicators, and monitoring the profitability of the MVNO and billing/collection business lines. Malgorzata left Canal+ in 2019.
In 2019, Malgorzata joined Mash - We say yes, an international fintech group, as a Financial Manager for Poland and Sweden. In this role, they oversaw financial reporting, accounting, taxes, audit cooperation, and profitability analysis. Malgorzata left the company in 2020.
Their subsequent role was as a Finance Administrator at Fundacja Kosmos dla Dziewczynek (Cosmos for Girls Foundation), a non-profit organization, from 2017 to 2019. During their voluntary work, they supported the organization in the areas of online sales, distribution, and reporting.
Currently, Malgorzata is working at Vodeno, where they hold the position of Head of Accounting, Controlling, and Tax. Malgorzata started in May 2021 and is responsible for managing the accounting, controlling, and tax functions of the company.
Malgorzata Turowska completed their Executive Master Class in Corporate Finance at Vlerick Business School from 2011 to 2012. Prior to that, they earned a Master's degree in Management from the University of Economics in Katowice, attending from 2000 to 2005. In addition, they participated in a one-year ERasmus Student Exchange program at Ichec Brussels Management School in 2002-2003, focusing on Finance and Economics.
