Marloes Hilkens

Marloes Hilkens is a highly skilled professional with extensive experience in quality management and auditing. Currently serving as the Lead Auditor at Stichting SecureFeed since January 2024, Marloes also holds the position of Quality Officer at Voergroep Zuid since January 2022. Previous roles include Advising on quality management for feed and food at HTP Advies B.V. and Junior Product Manager at Woodvision B.V., where implementation of a quality system per KOMO standards and Lean process improvement were key responsibilities. Early career experiences include internships focused on quality control and research in the wood industry, as well as practical roles in dairy farming. Marloes holds a Post-HBO in Verandermanagement from HAN University of Applied Sciences and a Bachelor of Applied Science in International Timber Trade from Van Hall Larenstein University of Applied Sciences.
