Christoph Graf has extensive work experience in personnel and organizational development, as well as HR IT, recruiting, and employer branding. Christoph currently holds the role of Head of Personnel & Organizational Development, Recruiting, Employer Branding and HR IT Group HR at voestalpine, starting in November 2018. Prior to this, they worked at voestalpine Steel Division from 2011 to 2018, where they held the position of Process Owner Personnel and Organizational Development. Christoph also worked as a Specialist in Personnel and Organizational Development during this time. Before joining voestalpine, Graf worked as a Lector at the Academy for Health & Nursing Professions from 2010 to 2013. Christoph also served as a Clinical Psychologist and Research Associate at Klinikum Wels-Grieskirchen GmbH from 2010 to 2011. Earlier in their career, they were an Executive Assistant at the Tyrolean Federation of the Blind and Partially Sighted from 2007 to 2010. Graf also gained experience in corporate human resource development and projects at OMV in 2008. Additionally, they held positions of 1st Vice Chairman and Head of Social Department at ÖH - Österreichische HochschülerInnenschaft an der Universität Innsbruck from 2005 to 2007.
Christoph Graf has a diverse education history. In 2003, they began their studies at Leopold-Franzens Universität Innsbruck, where they pursued a Master's degree in Psychology. Christoph successfully completed their degree in 2010.
After a gap of a few years, Christoph pursued further education at Universität für Weiterbildung Krems. From 2013 to 2015, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Human Resource Management.
Continuing their quest for knowledge, Christoph enrolled in various executive programs. In 2019, they attended IMD for the Orchestrating Winning Performance (OWP) program. Christoph returned to IMD in 2022 for the same program, further enhancing their skills and knowledge in this field.
In addition to IMD, Christoph also attended other prestigious business schools. In 2021, they participated in a program called "Human Resource Strategy in Transforming Organisations" at the London Business School. That same year, they attended the IESE Business School for a program titled "Getting things done."
Throughout their educational journey, Christoph has focused on expanding their expertise in areas such as psychology, human resource management, and organizational transformation.
