Hanin Hamarneh has a diverse work experience. Hanin started their career as a Teaching Assistant at Philadelphia University in Jordan in October 2004 and continued until February 2005. From May 2005 to June 2009, they worked as a Senior Medical Technologist in the Molecular Biology Department at Biolab, Jordan. Hanin then joined Procter & Gamble in March 2011 as a Scientific Administrator and worked until May 2012. In September 2012, they became the CEO of VogaCloset, a UK-based online fashion store. Hanin has extensive experience in the fields of education, medical technology, and fashion.

Hanin Hamarneh completed their education at several prestigious institutions. Hanin began by obtaining a Bachelor of Science degree in Genetics and Microbiology from The University of Sheffield, where they studied from 2000 to 2003. Following this, Hanin pursued a Master of Science degree in Molecular and Genetic Medicine at the same university, from 2003 to 2004.
