Jamil Alsmadi

Jamil Alsmadi has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Jamil currently serves as the Head Of Business Solutions at VogaCloset since September 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Nova Call Center Services where they held the position of Business Development Consultant from November 2017 to November 2022. Jamil also served as the Operations Team Lead - Night Shift from November 2016 to October 2017.

In their previous role as a Regional Business Solutions Manager at Aramex, Jamil was responsible for leading a team of innovators and problem solvers to understand customer challenges and develop solutions. Jamil also served as a Senior Business Solutions Executive, where they supported and maintained systems, and provided operational reporting and data analysis. Additionally, they were a Senior Corporate Business Improvement and Efficiency Executive, where they implemented ISO certifications and determined KPIs for various company services. Jamil began their career at Aramex as a Corporate Business Improvement and Efficiency Executive.

Before their tenure at Aramex, Jamil worked at talabat as a Customer Service Advisor. Jamil also gained experience at Manaseer Oil and Gas, where they served as a QHSE Supervisor, managing certifications, emergency plans, and risk management.

Throughout their career, Jamil has demonstrated expertise in business development, project management, cost optimization, and process improvement.

Jamil Alsmadi completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Industrial Engineering from Jordan University of Science and Technology, where they studied from 2010 to 2014. In addition to their formal education, they also obtained the ISO9001:2015 Lead auditor certification from Lloyd's Register in February 2016.
