Christian Spires

Christian Spires has a diverse range of work experience in the construction industry. Christian is currently employed as a Project Manager at Vogel Bros. Building Co. starting from April 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Thieneman Construction, Inc. as a Project Manager from November 2017 to September 2021 and as a Project Engineer from September 2014 to November 2017. In these roles, they worked on various aspects of the wastewater industry, including drafting subcontracts, reviewing contract terms and conditions, and assessing liabilities. Christian also wrote purchase orders for materials and equipment needed for projects.

Before joining Thieneman Construction, Inc., Christian worked as an Assistant Project Manager at Gradex, Inc. from January 2014 to September 2014. Additionally, they gained valuable knowledge in residential construction and pricing during their 3 1/2 years as a Sales Associate at Menards while attending school from September 2009 to February 2013.

Christian's work experience also includes an internship as a Construction Manager at Gradex Inc. in the summer of 2012. In this role, they conducted various soil testing, managed employee time sheets, and handled documentation such as Request for Information (RFI) and change order forms.
