Salman Saeed

Salman Saeed has a diverse work experience in the real estate and finance industries. Salman currently works as the Regiondirektør - Eiendomsutvikling at Skanska since February 2021. Prior to that, they held multiple roles at Norsk Eiendom, including Nomination Committee Member and Board Member from April 2017 to January 2022.

Salman also co-founded Vogl.com, a digital platform/agency specializing in flexible office solutions, where they served as a Board Member and Interim CEO from July 2020 to December 2020. Salman is currently the Chairman of Finanstalenter, a Norwegian digital search-agency for young finance professionals, starting in September 2022. Additionally, Salman holds the position of Chairman at Eiendomstalenter.no, a digital search-agency for young Real Estate professionals, and has been serving in this role since May 2020.

Salman also gained experience as a Board Member and Investor at Marketer from September 2020 to April 2021. Salman worked as an Advisor (for hire) at Schage Eiendom AS from October 2020 to February 2021, and also held the same role at Unloc from August 2020 to December 2020.

Prior to their other roles, Salman founded and served as the President of Ung i Næringseiendom, a professional and social network for young professionals in the commercial real estate industry. Salman held this position from October 2014 to December 2020.

Finally, Salman served as the Senior Director and Head of Real Estate for the Nordics, Baltics & The Netherlands at WeWork from October 2018 to July 2020. In this role, they oversaw acquisitions and expansion in the region, successfully sourcing and acquiring 9 locations.

Salman Saeed completed their Master of Science (MSc) degree in Real Estate from the Norwegian University of Life Sciences (UMB) from 2005 to 2010. In 2001 to 2004, they attended Oslo Handelsgymnasium, where they obtained their High School degree. Additionally, in 2015, Salman undertook a course in Investment Analysis - Corporate Finance at the KTH Royal Institute of Technology.
