Isabella Mamas currently serves as a Fashion Assistant at Vogue Australia, a position held since November 2021, where responsibilities include supporting prominent figures such as Christine Centenera, Kaila Matthews, and Harriet Crawford. In addition to the fashion assistant role, Isabella functions as a personal assistant to Christine Centenera, the Editor in Chief of Vogue Australia.
