Muhammad Fasih Ullah

Muhammad Fasih Ullah is a Data Scientist at Voi Technology. Prior to joining Voi, Fasih worked as a Data Analyst at Afiniti from September 2017 to July 2018. At Afiniti, they were responsible for using big data analytics to analyze customer data from third parties and internal client data to enable real-time, and optimized pairing of individual contact center agents with individual customers. Muhammad also devised and optimized MySQL scripts to be more robust and deliver better performance.

Fasih has also worked as a Client Manager for T-Mobile U.S.A. (TMUS) and assisted in the development and deployment of real-time alert strategies. Muhammad has also set up performance reports and alerts via email using R scripts. Muhammad's routine tasks included data analytics using SQL, performance evaluation of models in production, predictive analysis using Bayesian methods, sanity checks across different data sources, exploratory data analysis (EDA) of new data sources, and identifying patterns & trends from internal and external data sources.

Fasih holds a bachelor's degree in computer science from the National University of Sciences and Technology (NUST). Muhammad is skilled in MySQL, MSSQL (SQL Server), R, Python, and various tools such as MySQL Workbench, SQL Server Management Studio, RStudio, Anaconda, PyCharm, and Grafana. Muhammad is also familiar with project management tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
