Tom Frosheiser

Tom has 30+ years as a senior executive in healthcare and brings exceptional operating experience in Tech-enabled Healthcare and Healthcare IT, Population Health, Patient Engagement and Disease Management as well as Behavioral Health, Specialty Pharmacy, Managed Care and Medical Devices. Tom is Chairman and CEO of early-stage Remote Patient Monitoring company, Nvolve, he serves on the Board of Directors of Voi, Inc. and is an adviser to several early-stage healthcare companies and investors.

Tom has a track record of success in various C-level leadership roles including CEO, COO and CFO at venture backed companies taking them from early- stage to high-growth, resulting in successful strategic exits including Phytel Inc. and Accordant Health Resources. Phytel’s physician-led population health management SaaS improves long term health outcomes by helping healthcare providers coordinate care and engage patients to positively influence their health. Phytel was acquired by IBM Watson in 2015. Accordant was acquired by CVSCaremark in 2001 and continues to be the recognized leader in delivering disease management and case management services for people with rare chronic conditions.

Tom has been successful in improving scale, operating performance and financial results while delivering customer-driven innovation using his hands-on teaching style of management, focus on applied quality and disciplined decision-making and sense of urgency and prioritization. Tom has also presented and participated on panels at various conferences including HIMSS and PCPCC.‍
