Adam Baldwin

Adam Baldwin has been working in the technology industry since 2007. From 2007 to 2020, they worked at Diplomat Rx in various roles, including Network/Telecom Engineer, Network/Telecom Administrator, Network/Telecom Technician, and IT Coordinator. In 2020, they joined Optum as a Telecommunications Engineer, where they were responsible for assisting in planning, developing, and implementing the network and telecommunications infrastructure. In 2021, they moved to Optanix as a UC Engineer, Level 2. Currently, they are working at VDS as an Implementation & Support Engineer.

Adam Baldwin received their Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems from Baker College of Flint in 2003. Adam also holds five certifications from Genesys, including Genesys Cloud Outbound Dialer Certified Specialist (2023), Genesys Cloud Scripting Certified Specialist (2022), Genesys Cloud Architect Certified Specialist (2022), Genesys Cloud Workforce Management Certified Specialist (2022), and Genesys Cloud Certified Professional (2022).
