Nick Glimsdahl has a long and varied work experience. From 2008 to present, they have worked in a number of roles across multiple industries. In 2008, they were the National Director of Operations for Youth Lifeline America. In 2009, they became the Branch Manager at Show Me Dough Fundraising. In 2013, they took on the role of Outside Sales at Mavidea Technology Group, LLC. In 2015, they moved to EasyIT as Outside Sales, Marketing and Account Manager. In 2018, they became the Columbus Chair - Volunteer for the Customer Experience Professionals Association (CXPA). Nick also joined SOCAP International as Ohio Chapter Board the same year. In 2020, they became a Host for Press 1 For Nick and a Featured Contributor for ICMI. Finally, in 2022, they became a Co Author for the book Reasons NOT To Focus On The Sales Experience.
Nick Glimsdahl obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Lindenwood University in 2009, a BS in Business Administration from Virginia Intermont College from 2004 to 2007, and attended Minot State University from 2002 to 2004. Additionally, they are a CXPA Professional Member from the Customer Experience Professionals Association (CXPA), obtained in 2018.
