Ted Momrik

Ted Momrik has over thirty-eight years of work experience. Ted began their career in 1981 as a Telephone Systems Manager for the United States Air Force. In 2002, they became a Telecommunications Administrator for Grand Traverse Resort & Casinos. In 2007, they moved to CenturyLink as a Business Systems Technician. In 2015, they were hired by Hagerty (U.S.) as a Senior Telecommunications Engineer. Ted is currently employed by VDS as an Implementation & Support Engineer.

Ted Momrik has obtained a number of certifications in addition to their education from the Community College of the Air Force. In 2008, they obtained the CompTIA A+ Certification and CompTIA Network+ Certification from CompTIA. In February 2023, they also obtained the Genesys Cloud CX: Professional Certification from Genesys.
