Travis Bullion

Travis Bullion worked for Shared Technologies from 2006 to 2013 as a Tech IV. Travis then moved to VDS, where they held two roles from 2013 to present: Implementation and Support Engineer, and Practice Engineer.

Travis Bullion obtained their High School Diploma in General Studies from Westwood High School in 1993. In 2016, they became an AudioCodes Certified Associate. In 2017, they obtained a Genesys Cloud Certified Associate. In 2019, they became an AudioCodes Enterprise Session Border Controller and an Avaya IP Office™ Platform Support Certified. In 2021, they obtained a Genesys Cloud Certified Professional and an Avaya IP Office™ Platform Implement Certified. Travis is also an ICCE - Interaction Center Certified Engineer.
