Edward J. Garibaldi, RPA, FMA

Edward J. Garibaldi, RPA, FMA has a diverse work experience in the facility and property management field. Edward J. started their career as a Property Management Associate at AT&T, where they developed and oversaw a $79M portfolio operating and capital expenditure budgets for six locations. Edward J. then worked as a Building Manager at Mack-Cali Realty Corporation, where they operated and maintained two Class-A Office Buildings and managed tenant fit-out projects. Edward also served as a Property Manager and General Manager at CAMCO Management Company, overseeing the operations of a high-rise condominium property. Edward J. later joined Yeager's Fine Home Improvement as a Construction Technician and Foreman. Edward then worked as a Facility Manager at JLL, overseeing the daily operations. Edward J. served as a Regional Property Manager for Genesis Investment Properties at Genesis Biotechnology Group before becoming a Property Manager at Equivest Management Inc. Currently, they hold the position of a Facility Manager at Voice Systems Engineering. Throughout their career, Edward has demonstrated their ability to develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure well-managed properties.

Edward J. Garibaldi, RPA, FMA obtained an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Communication, General from Raritan Valley Community College between 1998 and 2001. Additionally, they earned the Real Property Administrator (RPA) and Facilities Management Administrator (FMA) designations from the Building Owners & Managers Institute, where they studied from 1999 to 2000.
