Rocío Pérez

Rocío Pérez has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2013 as a student intern at Ecopetrol. From there, they worked as an Ingeniera de procesos de negocio at Universidad de los Andes until 2016. Rocío then joined Torre in 2016 as a People Operations Coordinator, where they focused on creating fulfilling work environments and designing HR processes and benefits for team members.
