Louise Abbs

Louise Abbs is the Director of Operations at VoiceAbility, a position held since July 2022. Prior to this role, Louise served as Managing Director at PAM Wellness from December 2019 to May 2022 and as a Strategic Account Manager on a short-term contract at VoCoVo from February 2019 to November 2019. Louise's extensive experience includes a long tenure at The Validium Group Ltd, where the role of Manager of Customer Relationship Team was fulfilled from September 2007 to December 2018, and a variety of positions at Susan Hamilton Group, spanning roles such as Group Operations Manager, Branch Manager, and Recruitment Consultant from 1995 to 2007. Louise began the professional journey as a Customer Service Representative at Colorific from 1993 to 1995. Educational qualifications include a Postgraduate Diploma in Psychodynamic Practice from the University of Oxford, a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Bangor University, and a BTec National Diploma in Business and Finance from Amersham and Wycombe College. Additionally, Louise is a Certified User of Thomas International's Personal Profile Analysis and is currently engaged with GC INDEX.
