They manage commercial and contractual relationships, oversee service delivery, coordinate regional operations, and support the seamless integration of services to amplify the voices of those needing health, care, and wellbeing advocacy.

The Data and IT Team at VoiceAbility ensures that the organization's technology infrastructure and data processes are robust and effective. The Salesforce Lead oversees CRM implementation and optimization, the Data Analyst provides actionable insights from health and care data, and the Director of IT & Data guides the overall strategy to enhance service delivery and support advocacy efforts.
