Volunteer Independent Visitor - Children's Rights Service at VoiceAbility

Will Oldham is an experienced professional with a background in leadership and children's rights advocacy. Currently serving as an Adviser - Leadership at the Local Government Association since March 2022, Will also volunteers as an Independent Visitor for the Children's Rights Service with VoiceAbility. Will previously held similar volunteer roles at Change Grow Live from May 2022 to November 2024 and worked at Birmingham City Council from September 2017 to March 2022, where the roles included Culture Change Manager, Culture Change Officer, and NGDP National Management Trainee. Earlier experience includes working as a Senior Language Assistant at Langue & Nature and an English Language Assistant at the British Council. Will Oldham earned a Bachelor of Arts in French Studies from the University of Nottingham between 2013 and 2017.
