Gill Bar-Yoseph has over 20 years of experience in the medical technology and software industry. Gill began their career in 1998 as R&D Manager at Praxell Inc. In 2002, they became Software Team Leader at Philips Medical Systems. In 2006, they were Director of R&D at Medivision-OIS Medical Imaging. From 2008 to 2017, they were CTO and CEO of Nephera Ltd., where they were co-inventor of the company's technology. In 2014, they founded UterAid, which developed products to enhance cervical imaging and diagnosis of cervical cancer, including thermal imaging of the cervix. In 2015, they became CEO of Metra Medical Solutions, where they led the company from inception through product development and clinical trials. In 2017, they founded SafeSac and in 2018 they became Co-Founder & CEO of Voiceable, which helps online retailers recreate the in-store experience.
Gill Bar-Yoseph attended the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology from 1994 to 1998, where they earned a BSc. in Electrical Engineering. Gill then attended the Technion again from 1998 to 1999, earning an MBA. From 2006 to 2008, they earned a ME in Biomedical Engineering from the Technion. In 2017, they attended the University of California, Irvine - The Paul Merage School of Business to complete an Executive Leadership Program - Merage Institute.
