Yair Nativ

Yair Nativ is a highly experienced entrepreneur with a background in digital solutions, public speaking, and writing. In 2022, they became the Co-founder and CEO of HOUR25.AI, a digital solution that increases human attention in real life and real time. Additionally, they became a Founding Member of BuildTheFuture.Work. In 2015, they Co-Founded Safe Lane - Social Enforcement Saving Lives On The Road, an app used by several thousand volunteers nationwide. Yair also served as an Innovation Manager @ Hagshama, supervising the implementation of digital projects for a leading investment company. In 2020, they became a Contributing Writer for Lifehack.org and an Entrepreneur In Residence for Joy Ventures, a VC focused on wellness investments. In 2018, they Co-Founded Voiceable, a company that creates smart AI-based voice assistants for websites. In 2021, they became a Fellow for What If Ventures. From 2013 to 2017, they were an Editor for Calcalist and a Public Speaker for YN.

Yair Nativ has a long and varied educational history. Yair obtained a Bachelor's degree in Law from the University of Haifa in 2008-2012, and a Master's degree in Political Science and Government from the same university in 2008-2012. In 2016, they enrolled in the International Mini MBA Program at Tapas MBA - Microsoft Ventures Academy. Yair then attended the Executive Leadership Program - Merage Institute at the University of California, Irvine - The Paul Merage School of Business in 2018. Yair is currently enrolled at Brandeis University in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies, beginning in 2021. Additionally, they are a lawyer certified by the Israeli Bar Association.
