Mariëtte Ciggaar

Mariana Carvalho is an accomplished technology professional and advocate for women in STEM. As the Editor in Chief of Women in Technology Publication, Mariana leads a team focused on creating content that celebrates women's achievements in the tech industry while promoting diversity and inclusion. Mariana co-founded Brazilians in Tech to provide support and resources to Brazilian women in STEM and serves as an OYW Ambassador for One Young World. Mariana's previous experience includes roles as a Solutions Engineer at Dell Technologies, where responsibilities encompassed consulting on data center and cloud solutions for major clients like GE Healthcare, and founding causeFI, which utilized Generative Art and Blockchain for social impact. Mariana holds multiple advanced degrees, including a Master of Science in Computer Science from Jackson State University and an MBA in Business Intelligence from ESPM Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing.
