Daniel 'Tuba' D'Souza

Daniel 'Tuba' D'Souza has a wide range of work experience, beginning in 2014 when they worked as an Event Planner and Researcher at McMaster University. In 2015, they founded HacktheCity - Startup Accelerator, and in 2017 they were recognized as one of Canada's top 36 entrepreneurial youth for the NEXT36 program at NEXT Canada. Daniel 'Tuba' also served as VP Finance & CFO (Contract) for the McMaster Students Union and Co-Founder, Head of Product & Customer Experience for Crescendo DEI. In 2018, they participated in the Techstars accelerator program focused on artificial intelligence. Most recently, in 2021, they have been working as Lead, Customer Experience and Enterprise Customer Success Lead at Voiceflow, where they have achieved a 7x expansion of the company's largest account.

Daniel 'Tuba' D'Souza holds a Bachelor of Science in Life Science & Biochemistry from McMaster University.
