Xavier Portilla Edo

Xavier Portilla Edo has extensive work experience in the software engineering field. Xavier began their career in 2014 as a Software Analyst and Software Developer for everis. In 2016, they were a Software Manager and Software Architect for Hyperloop UPV. From 2017 to 2021, they were a R&D Advance Software Engineer for Ericsson and, since 2021, they have been a Cloud and Infrastructure Team Lead and Senior Infrastructure Engineer for Voiceflow. Theirroles have included developing software with technologies such as .NET, Javascript, Java, Spring Framework, Hibernate, Entity Framework, and web development with Java and JSP. Xavier has also been responsible for how code is deployed, configured, and monitored, as well as the availability, latency, change management, emergency response, and capacity management of services in production.

Xavier Portilla Edo obtained a Master's Degree in Mobile Application Development from the Universitat Politècnica de València (UPV) between 2016 and 2017. From 2010 to 2014, they obtained a Degree in Computer Science and Engineering from the same institution, with a focus in Computation. In 2012 and 2013, they also obtained a Degree in Computer Science and Engineering from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid, with a focus in Computation. Additionally, they obtained a First Certificate in English from Cambridge Assessment in July 2017, and a Servoy Certified Developer from Servoy in February 2015.
