Justyna Chmurzyńska

Justyna Chmurzyńska has diverse work experience in various roles. Justyna started as a Lecturer Assistant at Politechnika Gdańska, where they conducted business research, planned products, and organized meetings with specialists. Justyna then worked as a Physical Recreation Instructor and Horse Herd Guardian at Stajnia Nara/Nara Stable Gdynia.

In 2016, Justyna joined VoiceLab.AI - Conversational Intelligence as a Junior Product Manager. Their responsibilities included managing workflow, analyzing customer data, and transforming unique technologies into products for different customer groups. Justyna also participated in a startup accelerator program at #weXelerate, where they received training on sales development, financing, storytelling, KPIs, agile development, and user experience design.

After their role as a Junior Product Manager, Justyna became a Project Manager at VoiceLab.AI. Justyna coordinated the implementation of machine learning and deep learning-based solutions for clients and managed essential tasks to build analytics-based products while working in a Scrum environment. Currently, they hold the position of Product Manager at VoiceLab.AI, where they focus on transforming user insights into valuable deliverables and coordinating the implementation of solutions for the product.

Justyna Chmurzyńska completed their education at the Gdańsk University of Technology. Justyna obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on quality systems and innovative project management. This program took place from 2016 to 2018.

Prior to their MBA, Justyna earned an Engineer's degree from the same university. Their field of study was engineering of production systems and engineering management. This program lasted from 2013 to 2016.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Justyna also obtained certifications. Justyna received the Scrum PM IPMA Young certification from IPMA Polska in May 2018. Furthermore, they obtained the Microsoft Project 2013 & MS Project Server 2013 certification, although the exact month and year are not provided.
