Jorge Güemes has a diverse work experience. Jorge began their career as an Ingeniero técnico en topografía at Autónomo in 2005, where they worked on various projects, including the Levantamiento Planimétrico del Jardín Botánico de Nules and providing assistance to the Real Jardín Botánico de Madrid. Jorge later joined Elúmina Ibérica as an Ingeniero técnico en topografía, where they conducted Levantamientos Planimétricos for golf courses. In 2010, they became the Coordinator of CiberCaixa at Educo, overseeing a ludo-educational program for children. Jorge then moved on to Instituto Social del Trabajo in 2013, where they served as the Coordinador Casa de Acogida Peter Maurin, contributing to the social and labor integration of immigrant workers. In 2015, Jorge joined aereal as an Ingeniero técnico en topografía and later transitioned to the role of Operador de cámara aérea. Most recently, they worked at Voicemod, initially as a User Support Agent before being promoted to User Support Specialist and ultimately Associate Product Operations Manager. In this role, they collaborated with teams to address user issues, improve products, and prioritize user requests.

Jorge Gúemes completed their primary education at Jaime I from 1983 to 1991. Afterward, they attended San Juan Bosco from 1991 to 1995, where they obtained their BUP degree, which is a preparatory education program for university studies in Spain. From 1995 to 2004, Jorge studied at Universitat Politècnica de València (UPV), where they earned their degree in Ingeniería Técnica en Topografía (Technical Engineering in Surveying). In addition to their formal education, Jorge Gúemes also obtained the certification in Operations Management Foundations from LinkedIn in February 2022.
