Giovanna Maldonado, SHRM-CP, is currently the Chief Programs Officer at Voices For Children Foundation. Giovanna has extensive experience in various roles including Assistant Head of School, Founding Director of Operations, and HR and Talent Manager at The SEED School of Miami. Prior to that, Giovanna held positions such as Human Resources & Office Manager at Prime Group US and Educational Consultant at Vanguardia Education Group. With a background in Education & Psychology from the University of Miami and an MBA in Business Administration from Nova Southeastern University, Giovanna has a strong foundation in both education and business.
