Ryan Bast has held various managerial roles across different industries, including hospitality, education, and public speaking. Currently, working at ACES, Inc. as a Project Manager of Clinical Expansion and Senior Manager of Client Engagement, Ryan also serves as a Court Appointed Special Advocate at Voices for Children, Inc. With experience in managing food and beverage operations at Eau Palm Beach Resort & Spa, as well as training and operations at BrickTop's Restaurant, Ryan's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from California State University, Chico, and an MBA in Leadership and Organizational Development from Saint Louis University.

Voices for Children transforms the lives of abused, neglected, or abandoned children in San Diego and Riverside Counties by providing them with trained, volunteer Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASAs). We believe that every child deserves a safe and permanent home, and to that end, will review and monitor every court file in the system, provide a CASA to every child in the foster care system who needs one, and advocate to improve the lives of San Diego County’s foster children.
