Voices for Children transforms the lives of abused, neglected, or abandoned children in San Diego and Riverside Counties by providing them with trained, volunteer Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASAs). We believe that every child deserves a safe and permanent home, and to that end, will review and monitor every court file in the system, provide a CASA to every child in the foster care system who needs one, and advocate to improve the lives of San Diego County’s foster children.

The Program Management team at Voices for Children, Inc. oversees the implementation and delivery of services that support abused and neglected children in San Diego and Riverside Counties. This team is responsible for recruiting, training, and supervising Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASAs), ensuring they are equipped to effectively advocate for the best interests of each child. Additionally, they monitor program effectiveness, foster collaborative relationships with stakeholders, and continuously seek improvements to enhance the support provided to foster youth.
