Voices for Children transforms the lives of abused, neglected, or abandoned children in San Diego and Riverside Counties by providing them with trained, volunteer Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASAs). We believe that every child deserves a safe and permanent home, and to that end, will review and monitor every court file in the system, provide a CASA to every child in the foster care system who needs one, and advocate to improve the lives of San Diego County’s foster children.

The Advocacy and Support team at Voices for Children, Inc. is dedicated to ensuring that every child in the foster care system has a strong advocate by their side. This team trains and supervises Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASAs) who provide guidance, support, and representation for foster children in legal settings. They also focus on outreach and recruitment to expand volunteer efforts, alongside monitoring cases to ensure that the rights and well-being of these vulnerable children are prioritized in court proceedings.
