Mary Washburn has worked in a variety of roles since 2006. Mary began their career as a Student Supervisor at The Marist Institute for Public Opinion (MIPO) Marist Poll in 2006. Mary then served as an English Teacher at the Caledonian School in 2010 and a Program Assistant at Boston University Dublin Programs in 2011. In 2008, they held internships at Janine Gordon Associates and Group Gordon Strategic Communications. From 2012 to 2021, Mary held various roles at Microsoft, including Senior Program Manager, Program Manager, Audience Marketing Manager, Business and Marketing Administrator, and Business Analyst. Most recently, Mary has been a Front-End Developer at Voicify since 2021.

Mary Washburn (Baker) has an extensive education history. Mary began their educational journey in 2005, when they attended the University of Rhode Island. Mary then went on to Marist College, where they earned their Bachelor of Arts in Communication/Public Relations in 2009. In 2010, Mary attended the UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School, where they earned their Master of Science in Management and Organisation Studies in 2011. In 2008, Mary attended Schiller International University Heidelberg Campus, studying Business. Most recently, Mary attended BloomTech, where they are currently enrolled in a Full Stack Web Development program. Additionally, Mary holds two certifications, a Full-Stack Web Development + Technical Interviewing certification from BloomTech, obtained in 2021, and a Teacher of English as a Foreign Language (TEFL) certification from Caledonian School.
