Olivier Matrat

Olivier MATRAT has extensive experience in the management of waterway services in France, serving at Voies navigables de France since May 2000 in various high-level roles, including Directeur Territorial Adjoint and Directeur Territorial (pi) Nord-Pas de Calais. Olivier has overseen a 680 km network, managing services and crisis situations, as well as leading the exploitation, maintenance, and environmental strategies for the region. Through roles like Responsable de l'immobilier et des moyens généraux, Olivier has ensured the operational support of VNF agents, managing extensive property and vehicle fleets, and contributing to strategic planning for the organization's future. Additionally, Olivier served as Vice-Président for Grand Calais Terres & Mers, focusing on risk prevention and flood management, and held positions with other organizations, including the Army as an engineering consultant. Olivier holds a Mastère Spécialisé in project management from SKEMA Business School and an engineering degree in civil engineering from Polytech Lille.
