Pierre-Louis Guillermain

Pierre-Louis Guillermain currently serves as the Chef de l’unité Exploitation Réglementation Défense et SIG at Voies navigables de France, where responsibilities include leading a team within the Seine Basin territorial direction. Previously, Pierre-Louis held the role of Chef de Projet Grandes Opérations Ferroviaires at the Ministère de la Transition écologique et solidaire, managing significant infrastructure projects such as the new Montpellier-Perpignan line and various modernization programs. As the Founder and Executive Director of Merveilles de France, Pierre-Louis focused on promoting tourism through digital communication. A background in transport and sustainable development was further established during a tenure at the French Embassy in the US and various educational endeavors, including multiple master’s degrees in Transport and Business Management from top institutions.
