Sebastian S. began their work experience in 2016 as a Callcenter-Agent at Maklerzentrum Schweiz AG. In 2017, they worked as a Working Student in the field of project management at Voss Consulting GmbH. From October 2018 to March 2019, they interned as a Business Development intern, where they implemented a software-supported onboarding process, conducted quality tests, optimized sales processes, and made cold calls and product presentations. From March 2019 to November 2020, Sebastian worked as a Working Student in Business Development & Sales at voiio. In this role, they supported the company's business development efforts. Subsequently, they were promoted to Sales & Business Development Manager, and then to Director of Business Development in June 2022.
