Responsible for pro-actively managing the fleet and the program of work to minimise the occurrence of incidents.

Service Operations leads our day to day operations of servicing our customers.  This includes incident management, problem management, service desk support and service monitoring.

Actionable reporting team. Reporting for invoicing, SLAs etc.  This team focuses on identifying areas for improvement in IT services and processes. They analyse data, metrics, and customer feedback to drive ongoing enhancements.

Continual Service Improvement

This team manages the physical and virtual infrastructure required to deliver IT services. This includes network management, server administration, storage management, and cloud services.  This includes the infrastructure used by Voip for our own internal use along with infrastructure used by our customers.

IT Infrastructure

Product - Accorde 

This team focuses on understanding the business requirements and aligning IT services with the organisation's overall strategy. The team ensures that IT services and processes align with legal, regulatory, and contractual requirements. They also establish policies, guidelines, and frameworks to ensure effective management and control.
