María Victoria Quiroga

Mariana Aguirre is an experienced professional with a diverse background in entrepreneurship, compliance, nutrition, and education. Currently, Mariana serves as the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos, an online store specializing in organic products for body care and environmental sustainability. Mariana has held the position of Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Previous entrepreneurial experience includes ownership and management of Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019. Additionally, Mariana worked as a Nutritionist at a private consultation from February 2016 to 2019 and served as a university lecturer at a vocational training school from August 2016 to August 2017, teaching applied mathematics in nutrition and the history of food. Mariana holds a Diplomatura in Administration and Business Management from Universidad Anahuac Online (2019-2020) and a Bachelor’s degree in Food, Nutrition, and Well-being from Universidad del Centro de México (2011-2015).
