Dan Berkenfield

Dan Berkenfield has a strong background in real estate services, with their most recent position being Senior Vice President and Partner at Voit Real Estate Services since February 2022. Prior to that, they worked at CBRE for nearly a decade, starting as a Senior Associate from May 2013 to September 2018, and then as a First Vice President from September 2018 to February 2022. Before their time at CBRE, Dan was Vice President at Voit Real Estate Services from March 2005 to May 2013. Dan also has experience outside of the real estate industry, serving as the Vice President of Operations at Akron Graphics from June 1999 to August 2004, where they managed the daily operations of a manufacturing and distribution business.

Dan Berkenfield completed their high school education at Glenbrook South High School from 1988 to 1992, earning a high school degree. Dan then attended Michigan State University from 1992 to 1996, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Packaging.
