As the Senior Vice President of Administration for Voit, D’Anna’s responsibilities include the management of the daily operations of the staff, budgeting, revenue and expense tracking / forecasting, DRE compliance and Listing, Sale & Lease transactions and facilities management. D’Anna is also responsible for the day-to-day support and management of all issues in the area of Human Resources, including strategic planning and development of policies and procedures pertaining to: organizational planning, recruitment, selection and succession planning, employment law and employee relations, compensation and benefits, safety and wellness, general employment related services and oversight of the Human Resource needs in all six of Voit’s offices.
