Jacob Rubenstein

Jacob Rubenstein is a seasoned commercial real estate broker currently with Voit Real Estate Services since July 2023. Previously, Jacob served as an Investment Sales Associate and Financial Analyst at The Azzi Group at Marcus & Millichap from July 2021 to July 2023. Jacob began a career in real estate as a Brokerage Intern at NAI Capital in 2021, gaining experience in market research and client acquisition. In addition to real estate, Jacob has demonstrated leadership as Co-Founder and Head of Recruitment for The Executive Bruin Society, overseeing educational resources for members. Jacob's involvement in Zeta Beta Tau Fraternity includes roles as Brotherhood Development Director and Heritage Chair, focusing on education and community engagement. Other notable experiences include recruitment for Pollen and Matter, as well as a background in sales and marketing with Vitae Glass, complemented by early roles in lifeguarding and financial management with BBYO. Jacob holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from UCLA, earned in 2022.
