Loren Cargile

Loren Cargile has extensive experience in the commercial real estate industry. Loren worked as a Vice President and Partner at Voit Real Estate Services, where they assisted clients in fulfilling their real estate needs and represented buyers and sellers in acquiring and disposing of properties. Loren also provided services such as lease audits and value opinions. Prior to that, they were an Assistant Vice President at CIP Real Estate, overseeing leasing and marketing activities for office/industrial properties. During their time there, they implemented a successful marketing program that significantly increased occupancy. Loren also worked as a Leasing Director at PS Business Parks, Inc., where they managed a portfolio of industrial/office properties. And at the beginning of their career, they worked as an Associate at Voit Real Estate Services, leasing and selling industrial properties and creating investment property proformas.

Loren Cargile received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from Cal State Fullerton, College of Business and Economics in 2008. Following that, Loren pursued further education and completed an MBA program at Chapman University from 2010 to 2012, although the specific field of study for the MBA is not provided.
