Stefan Rogers has an extensive work experience in the real estate industry. Stefan first worked at Cushman & Wakefield as a Chartered Surveyor, specializing in retail property acquisitions and disposals. After completing their qualification, Stefan joined Voit Real Estate Services as a Vice President, where they gained expertise in property search, tenant representation, lease cost audit, investment sales, strategic consulting, and research. Stefan later became a Senior Vice President at Avison Young Commercial Real Estate before returning to Voit Real Estate Services as a Senior Vice President & Partner. Currently, they are a Sponsoring Member at Tech Coast Angels, one of the largest and most active angel investment organizations in the U.S. Stefan brings critical business connections, hands-on mentoring, and assistance in building management teams to entrepreneurs seeking additional venture capital funding.
