Dr. Lisa Schmid

Dr. Lisa Schmid, CFA, serves as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Corporate at Voith Group since September 2022, overseeing global functions including accounting, controlling, risk management, and the implementation of EU Taxonomy and CSRD. Prior experience includes a brief tenure as Managing Director and CFO of V4Drive at VARTA AG, where finance and IT responsibilities were managed. Dr. Schmid held significant roles at Wieland Group from December 2018 to March 2022, including Vice President in charge of group accounting and reporting across approximately 60 entities and Director of Group Reporting & Consolidation. Previous roles include senior consulting at KPMG Deutschland and academic positions at Universität Ulm, where Dr. Schmid also completed education leading to a Doctorate in Business Administration and multiple degrees in business sciences.
